Privacy Policy

Awanzye operates awanzye.com and related services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, create an account, or make a purchase. By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we ask for it before using non-essential advertising technologies.

Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and account details.
  • Order and transaction information: products viewed, searched for, added to cart or purchased; order value; delivery details; returns; and payment confirmation. Payment providers process payment-card details under their own privacy notices.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, identifiers, referral source, pages viewed, searches, clicks, cart and checkout activity, timestamps, and cookie or similar-technology data.
  • Communications: information supplied in support requests, reviews, messages, surveys, or other communications.

How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to provide and improve the Services; process and deliver orders; manage payments, returns and support; secure the website; prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; measure website and advertising performance; personalize content; and, where permitted, send marketing or show relevant advertising.

Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information needed to operate the store, checkout, analytics, security, and related features. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. You can review Shopify’s consumer privacy information at Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and exercise Shopify-related choices at Shopify Privacy Portal.

Meta Pixel, Conversions API and Advertising

We use the Facebook & Instagram sales channel provided by Shopify and advertising tools supplied by Meta Platforms, including the Meta Pixel, advanced matching, and the Meta Conversions API. These tools allow browser and server-side information to be sent to Meta for advertising measurement, attribution, audience creation, ad delivery and personalization, and campaign optimization.

Depending on your interaction and the permissions or consent required where you live, information shared with Meta may include your name, email address, telephone number, location, IP address, browser or device identifiers, and website activity such as PageView, ViewContent, Search, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, AddPaymentInfo and Purchase events, together with order value and related transaction identifiers. Server-side events may still be transmitted when browser-based blocking tools prevent browser cookies or pixels from operating.

Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy notices. Learn about Meta Business Tools at Meta Business Tools, review Meta’s privacy information at Meta Privacy Policy, and manage activity shared by businesses at Off-Meta Activity.

Cookies and Consent

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons and similar technologies for essential store functions, security, analytics and advertising. Where required, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential categories. You may also manage cookies through your browser, although disabling essential cookies may affect store functionality.

Data-Sharing and Targeted-Advertising Choices

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define disclosures used for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising as a “sale” or “sharing.” Where applicable, you may opt out through the store’s cookie banner or data-sharing opt-out page, by contacting us, and through the controls offered by Shopify and Meta. Marketing-email consent can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to Shopify, Meta, payment processors, hosting and analytics providers, delivery and fulfillment partners, customer-support providers, fraud-prevention and security providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law. Providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or other business transaction.

Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, or on the basis of consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Retention, Security and International Processing

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia or your country of residence, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising; or complain to an appropriate authority. We may verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental or guardian authorization is legally required.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies or legal obligations. The updated version and “Last updated” date will be posted on this page.
